Autospace Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Autospace”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal information in connection with your use of the DG APP websites and mobile applications that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Platform”), and the various automotive services provided by Autospace or facilitated through the Platform.
Currently, the primary service offered is the Autospace Car Appraisal Service. This Policy details the information collected and used for the general operation of the DG APP Platform by Autospace and specifically for the Car Appraisal Service managed by Autospace. As we introduce additional services such as Car Rentals, Vehicle Sales, Taxis, and Vehicle Servicing (whether provided directly by Autospace or facilitated for third-party providers), this Policy will be updated with specific sections or addenda detailing the data practices for those new services.
This Policy also applies to our offline interactions where this Privacy Policy is posted or referenced. By accessing or using our Platform and the Autospace Car Appraisal Service, you signify your understanding of and agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If Cambodia has specific data protection legislation, this Policy is intended to comply with it.

This is primarily informed by the information you may provide via an "Edit Profile" screen.

Optional Profile Information: To personalize your Platform experience, you may voluntarily provide additional profile details to Autospace, including:

Identity Verification Information (General): To ensure platform integrity and security, and as required by law, Autospace may request identity verification documents (e.g., driver’s license, passport, national ID) or specific details from such documents for general account verification. For users in Cambodia, this may involve Cambodian national identifiers. Verification may also involve Autospace cross-referencing with publicly available records or third-party verification services, where permitted by law. You may be asked by Autospace to redact sensitive information not required for the verification purpose.
Biometric Information (General - With Explicit Consent): With your explicit prior consent, which will be sought separately and clearly by Autospace, we or authorized partners acting on our behalf may collect biometric identifiers (e.g., facial geometry from photos/IDs) solely for robust general account identity verification and fraud prevention purposes on the Platform. You will be provided with information about how this data is used and stored by Autospace before you consent.
Communications: Autospace collects the content of your communications with us (via phone, email, chat, in-app messaging) and any information you voluntarily share during these interactions, for purposes of customer support, quality assurance, and dispute resolution related to the Platform and Autospace's services.

With your explicit permission via your device settings (which you can manage), Autospace may collect precise location data from your mobile device to enable general platform features (like displaying service availability in your area for on-site Valuation services) and for security purposes.
Device Data: Information about the device you use to access the Autospace Platform, such as operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, unique device identifiers, and general geographic area inferred from the IP address.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: Autospace and our third-party partners use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies ("Cookies") to operate and improve the Platform. These collect device and usage data to enhance user experience (remembering preferences), maintain security (authentication), and optimize Autospace's platform services (analytics). For detailed information and management options, please see Section 10 (Cookies and Similar Technologies).
Third-Party Service Logins: If you choose to link or log in to your Autospace account via a third-party service (e.g., Google, Facebook, Apple), Autospace receives information like your registration and profile data from that service, as permitted by your settings on that service and their privacy policies.
Other Sources: Autospace may receive additional information from third-party data providers, credit bureaus (where lawful and relevant for platform security), business partners, or public sources, such as demographic data or fraud detection information, where permitted by law, to maintain the integrity of the Platform.
Autospace may combine information collected from these core sources with information we already have about you.
This section details the additional personal information Autospace collects and uses specifically when you engage with our Autospace-managed Car Appraisal Service, either as a Client requesting an appraisal from Autospace, or as a contracted Service Partner (Inspector) conducting physical vehicle inspections on behalf of Autospace. This may include information used by Autospace to populate a public "Store Profile" for such Inspection Partners if applicable and configured by Autospace and the Partner.
Vehicle Information for Appraisal: When you (as a Client) request a car appraisal from Autospace, we collect comprehensive details about the vehicle, such as: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), make, model, year, mileage, registration details (Vehicle Identification Card data), technical inspection certificates, tax documentation, vehicle location (for on-site Valuation service provision by our contracted Inspector), photographs of the vehicle (exterior and interior which you provide or are taken during an inspection), and any other information you provide about its condition or history relevant to Autospace's appraisal.

Your personal information may be shared by Autospace in the following circumstances:
Publicly Visible Information (User-Controlled): Certain information from your "Edit Profile" screen, such as your Profile Picture and First Name (or a chosen display name), and your "About You" bio, may be visible on a limited public-facing presence on the Autospace Platform or to Autospace's contracted Service Partners (Inspectors) you interact with (e.g., an Inspector seeing your name when assigned to your Valuation service), depending on your privacy settings (which Autospace will make clear within the Platform) and the context of the service.
With Autospace’s Contracted Service Partners (Inspectors) During Valuation Service Provision: When you book a Valuation Service from Autospace that requires a physical inspection, Autospace will share necessary information from your profile (such as your First Name, Last Name, potentially your Phone Number for coordination, and the Vehicle Location for on-site inspections) with the specific Service Partner (Inspector) Autospace has assigned to conduct the physical vehicle inspection component on Autospace's behalf. This sharing is to enable the Inspector to travel to the location, identify the correct vehicle/client, and perform the inspection as per Autospace's requirements. Specific Vehicle Information you provide to Autospace for the Car Appraisal will also be made accessible by Autospace to the assigned Inspector for the purpose of their inspection task.
Publicly Visible on "Store Profile" (if Autospace implements such profiles for its Inspectors): As detailed in Section 3.2, if Autospace creates public profiles for its contracted Inspectors, information such as the Inspector's Profile Picture, Store/Business Name, Overall Rating (as assessed by Autospace/Clients), General Service Location/City for Autospace assignments, Activity Metrics, Joined Date, "Verified Info" statuses by Autospace, Map Location, and Reviews from Autospace's Clients regarding the inspection experience may be publicly available to Platform users to provide transparency.

Only a "Verified" or similar status might be displayed.
With Clients by Autospace Upon Booking/Interaction for Car Cehck Service: When a Client books a Valuation Service from Autospace requiring a physical inspection, Autospace may share relevant identifying details of the assigned Service Partner (Inspector) (such as their name or company name if a workshop, and potentially an estimated time of arrival for on-site services) with the Client. This is to facilitate the upcoming appointment and inspection process. Direct contact methods between Client and Inspector might be managed or masked through Autospace's platform to ensure privacy and coordinated communication.
With Your Consent or Instruction: When you explicitly authorize Autospace to share your information with a third party (e.g., if you opt-in to a third-party promotion offered through the Autospace Platform).
With Autospace's Service Providers and Business Partners (Platform-wide): Autospace engages third-party companies and individuals to perform essential services on our behalf that support the Autospace Platform and its services (e.g., cloud hosting providers, payment processors for client payments and partner commissions, data analytics services for Autospace, marketing and advertising partners for Autospace, customer support tool providers, identity verification services for Autospace, background check providers for Service Partners (Inspectors) where applicable and lawful). These providers have access only to the personal information necessary to perform their designated tasks for Autospace and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose and to implement appropriate security measures.
With Third-Party Platforms (User-Initiated): If you choose to link your Autospace account with a third-party service (e.g., logging in via Google or Facebook), information may be shared with that service according to your permissions on that third-party platform and their privacy policies. Autospace is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
With Autospace's Professional Advisors (Platform-wide): Autospace may share your personal information with our legal counsel, auditors, accountants, insurers, and other professional advisors as necessary for Autospace's business operations, to comply with legal obligations, or for resolving disputes, under strict confidentiality obligations.
In Connection with Business Transactions Involving Autospace (Platform-wide): If Autospace undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or
similar corporate transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of that deal to the succeeding entity or new owner, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements and notice to you where required by law.
For Legal Reasons and Safety (Platform-wide): Autospace may disclose your personal information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required by applicable Cambodian law, regulation, or legal process (e.g., a subpoena, court order, or governmental request), or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Autospace, our users, our contracted Service Partners (Inspectors), or the public (e.g., responding to emergencies, investigating potential fraud or illegal activities, enforcing Autospace's Terms of Service).
Within the Autospace Group (Platform-wide): Personal information may be shared internally among Autospace Co., Ltd. and its current or future subsidiaries and affiliated entities. This sharing is subject to this Privacy Policy and is done for Autospace's operational efficiency, data analysis, service improvement, and to provide you with a consistent experience across any Autospace-affiliated services.
With Public Authorities (Platform-wide): Autospace may provide your personal information to regulatory bodies, tax authorities, or law enforcement officials when legally required or in response to valid legal requests under Cambodian law.
Our Autospace Platform uses Cookies (which include small text files like cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, local storage objects, and other similar tracking technologies) to provide, secure, and improve our Platform and the services Autospace offers.
Types Used: We use both first-party Cookies (set by Autospace directly) and third-party Cookies (set by our authorized partners, such as analytics providers or advertising networks working with Autospace). These can be session Cookies (which expire when you close your browser) or persistent Cookies (which stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them).
Purposes:
Essential Operations: To operate core Autospace Platform functions, such as keeping you logged in, enabling navigation, and facilitating transactions for Autospace services.
Security and Authentication: To verify your account with Autospace, protect against fraud, and maintain the security of your sessions on our Platform.
Remembering Preferences: To remember your settings and preferences (e.g., language, display options) for a more personalized experience on the Autospace Platform.
Performance and Analytics: To collect information about how you interact with the Autospace Platform and our Services (e.g., features used, pages visited, time
spent), helping us understand usage patterns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the performance of Autospace's services.
Marketing and Advertising: To deliver advertising for Autospace's services that may be relevant to your interests based on your activities on our Platform and (with your consent where required) on other websites. This helps support our Platform and may involve Autospace working with third-party advertising partners.
Managing Cookies: Most web browsers allow you to control Cookies through their settings preferences. You can typically refuse or delete Cookies. Please note that if you choose to disable or delete Cookies, some parts or functionalities of the Autospace Platform may not operate correctly or as efficiently. Disabling Cookies generally prevents future collection of information by that Cookie but does not delete information previously collected and stored by Autospace. Refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions on how to manage Cookies. Autospace may also provide in-app or on-site tools for managing certain non-essential Cookies or tracking technologies used on our Platform.
Do-Not-Track: The Autospace Platform does not currently take actions to respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals from web browsers because a common, universally accepted industry standard for DNT has not been adopted. We continue to monitor industry developments and may adapt Autospace's practices in the future.
You have certain rights regarding your personal information that Autospace holds, subject to applicable Cambodian law and Autospace's verification of your identity. These may include:
Marketing Communications Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from Autospace's promotional email communications by following the "unsubscribe" link provided in those emails. You can typically opt-out of Autospace's promotional SMS messages by replying "STOP" to the message (or as otherwise instructed in the message). often review and update much of your profile information directly through your Account settings on the Autospace Platform.
Deletion of Your Information (Right to be Forgotten): You may have the right to request the deletion of your personal information held by Autospace, subject to certain exceptions. Managing Profile Information: You can typically review and update the information in your "Edit Profile" screen directly within the Autospace Platform settings. Service Partners (Inspectors) contracted by Autospace may also have similar tools to manage their profile information relevant to their engagement with Autospace.
Location Data Control: You can typically manage or disable precise location sharing for the DG APP via your mobile device's operating system settings. Disabling precise location may impact the functionality of certain location-dependent features of Autospace's Platform and Services (e.g., assigning a nearby Inspector for an on-site Valuation service).
Cookie Management: You can control your cookie preferences via your browser settings as described in Section 10 (Cookies and Similar Technologies), or through any specific cookie consent management tools Autospace may provide on our Platform.
Account Deactivation/Closure: You can request the deactivation or closure of your DG APP Account with Autospace by contacting our customer support or using account closure features if available within the Platform. Exercising Your Rights: To exercise any applicable data protection rights concerning information held by Autospace, please contact us using the contact details provided in Section 20 (Contact Us). These measures include, but are not limited to, data encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls and authentication
mechanisms, secure software development practices by Autospace, and regular security assessments and monitoring of Autospace's systems.
However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While Autospace strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a suspected data breach that affects your personal information under Autospace's control, we will investigate the incident and notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as may be required by applicable Cambodian law.

When your personal information is no longer needed by Autospace for these purposes, or upon a valid deletion request subject to the exceptions noted above and in Section 11, it will be
securely deleted or anonymized/de-identified by Autospace in accordance with our data disposal policies and applicable laws, rendering it non-personal.
To provide our Autospace Platform and Services, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by Autospace in countries outside of your country of residence, including Cambodia (if you are accessing from elsewhere) or other countries where Autospace's servers, service providers (e.g., cloud hosting), or operational partners operate. Data protection laws in these other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Basis for Transfer: Such international transfers by Autospace may be necessary for the performance of our contract with you (i.e., to provide the Services you request from Autospace through the DG APP), for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in your interest between Autospace and a third party (such as an Autospace-contracted Service Partner (Inspector) who may be located in a different operational area, if applicable to future services), or based on your explicit consent.

Autospace requests that you do not send or disclose such sensitive personal information to us through the Platform or otherwise, unless specifically requested by Autospace for a legitimate and clearly communicated purpose (such as biometric data for robust identity verification with your explicit, separate consent, or health information if directly relevant and necessary for a specific Autospace service feature you opt into, again with explicit consent) and always through a secure channel designated by Autospace for such purposes.
