This Fee Schedule outlines the fees, charges, and potential penalties associated with the Car Appraisal Services currently offered on the DG APP Platform ("Platform"). The Platform is operated by Autospace Co., Ltd. ("Autospace", "we", "us", "our"). The Car Appraisal Services are managed and delivered by Autospace, which may contract with Service Partners (Inspectors) for specific tasks such as physical vehicle inspections.
This document is an integral part of the Autospace Platform Terms of Service and the Car Appraisal Cancellation Policy and should be read in conjunction with them. By using the Platform and Autospace's Services, you agree to the fees outlined herein.
All fees are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as Value Added Tax - VAT), which will be added by Autospace as required by Cambodian law and displayed clearly to the Client during the transaction process.
Autospace reserves the right to modify this Fee Schedule periodically, in accordance with the "Modification of Agreement" clause in our Terms of Service. The fees applicable to your transaction are those effective at the time of your booking confirmation with Autospace. Key fees will typically be itemized for your review before you confirm a transaction.
These are the fees charged directly by Autospace to the Client for requesting and receiving Car Appraisal Services.
The fee payable by the Client to Autospace for an Indication Service is $10.00 USD per report.
This service is digitally delivered by Autospace's platform based on Client-provided information and Autospace's analytics.
This fee will be clearly displayed at the time of request.
The fee payable by the Client to Autospace for a Valuation Service is $60.00 USD per report.
This service includes a physical vehicle inspection component (conducted either On-Site at the Client's location or In-Garage at a designated partner facility by an Autospace-contracted Service Partner/Inspector) and subsequent analysis, valuation, and report generation by Autospace.
This fee will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
No additional platform booking fee is currently charged by Autospace to Clients on top of the stated Indication Service fee or Valuation Service fee. The service fees are inclusive of Autospace's platform access and service management costs.
For Autospace's Valuation Service, Autospace contracts with Service Partners (Inspectors) to perform the physical vehicle inspection component. Autospace compensates these contracted Inspection Partners via a commission.
For each completed and Autospace-approved physical vehicle inspection (whether On-Site or In-Garage) performed by a contracted Service Partner (Inspector) as an integral part of Autospace's $60.00 USD Valuation Service, Autospace will pay the Service Partner (Inspector) a commission.
This commission is equal to 25% of the total Client-paid Valuation Service fee (i.e.,
This commission is paid by Autospace to the Inspection Partner according to the terms and payment schedule outlined in their specific service agreement with Autospace.
The Indication Service is primarily a digitally delivered service provided directly by Autospace's platform and analytics. As such, the commission model described above for physical inspections does not typically apply to the Indication Service, unless specific, separate agreements are in place for any third-party data analysis partners who might contribute to this service under Autospace's direction.
Fees and conditions resulting from the cancellation of Autospace's Car Appraisal Service bookings are governed exclusively by the DG APP Platform - Car Appraisal Cancellation Policy. Clients are responsible for understanding the terms outlined in that policy. Key potential fee scenarios where a Client may owe a fee to Autospace include:
Client Cancellation: Generally free of charge if cancelled via the DG APP before the final Indication Report is generated and issued by Autospace through the Platform, as detailed in Section 2.1 of the Car Appraisal Cancellation Policy. Once the report is issued, the service is deemed rendered and the fee is non-refundable.
Autospace Cancellation: No fee is charged to the Client if Autospace cancels an Indication Service request before report issuance (e.g., due to insufficient client data), as detailed in Section 2.2 (revised) of the Car Appraisal Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Within Free Period / Verified Legitimate Emergency: No fee is owed by the Client to Autospace if cancellation occurs within the 'Free Cancellation Deadline' (clearly displayed at booking) or due to a verified "Legitimate Emergency," as per Section 3.2 of the Car Appraisal Cancellation Policy.

If a cancellation fee is collected by Autospace from a Client for a Valuation Service where an Inspection Partner's time was committed or travel incurred, any potential pass-through or compensation from Autospace to that Inspection Partner will be governed by the terms of their specific service agreement with Autospace and is not a direct charge from the Client to the Partner.
As outlined in the DG APP Platform - Car Appraisal Cancellation Policy (Section 6), certain full refunds issued by Autospace to a Client (for instance, when Autospace cancels a booking for reasons not attributable to the Client's fault) may be subject to a non-refundable Platform Processing Fee retained by Autospace.
This fee, if applied, will be equal to 3% of the total Service fee and covers administrative costs incurred by Autospace in processing the original transaction and the subsequent refund.
This Platform Processing Fee is distinct from any cancellation penalty fees that might be charged to a User under other circumstances.
Autospace may assess penalties against Users for violations of the Autospace Platform Terms of Service or incorporated Policies. These are applied after investigation and based on evidence.
Charged by Autospace to a User for providing materially false or fraudulent information regarding a Vehicle or appraisal request that impacts the Service delivered by Autospace or the work of its contracted Inspection Partners, or affects another User.
Charged by Autospace to a User (Client or Service Partner) for using the Platform to connect for an Autospace-managed service but then attempting to complete transactions
or services outside the DG APP to evade Autospace's service fees or commission structures.
Penalties for other specific Policy violations will be detailed within those specific policies or communicated directly by Autospace.
Note: Penalty fees are subject to applicable taxes. Users will be notified by Autospace of any assessed penalties. Unpaid penalties may lead to Account action, including suspension or termination by Autospace.
Currently, no general administrative fees are defined by Autospace specifically for the Car Appraisal Service beyond those outlined above (e.g., Platform Processing Fee on certain refunds). This section may be updated if specific administrative fees become necessary for Autospace's services in the future.
All fees are listed and processed in USD. If payment is made or received in another currency, conversion rates and fees may apply as per the terms of your payment provider or bank.
Fees listed are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT). Autospace will calculate and add such taxes where required by Cambodian law, and these will be clearly displayed to the Client before transaction confirmation. Service Partners (Inspectors) are responsible for their own tax obligations on commissions received from Autospace.
Fees and commission structures are subject to change by Autospace in accordance with the "Modification of Agreement" clause in our Terms of Service. The fees effective at the time of your transaction confirmation with Autospace will apply.
Fees owed by Clients to Autospace will be charged to their primary payment method registered on the Platform. Non-payment may lead to suspension of the Client's Account by Autospace and/or collections efforts.
Commissions owed by Autospace to its contracted Service Partners (Inspectors) will be paid according to the schedule and method defined in their respective service agreements with Autospace.
If you, as a Client, wish to dispute any fee charged by Autospace, please contact Autospace Customer Support through the methods provided in our Policies. If you, as a Service Partner (Inspector), have a dispute regarding commission payments from Autospace, please refer to the dispute resolution process in your service agreement with Autospace.
